As a Live Auctioneer I use professional discretion to sell items to the highest bidder. I bring my techniques and infectious energy to pump up your crowd and get them excited about the cause and how much of a difference they can make as a group. As your auctioneer, I become familiar with all information pertinent to the auction appearance, such as details about the organization, mission, where funds will go, etc.,

I also include the following, as needed, in your auction package I will:​

• Facilitate fund-a-need goals.

• Orchestrate auction games.

• Provide personalized consultations, which includes four 1-hour planning calls as follows:

  • Discovery: Big Picture planning, understanding organization and it’s fundraising goals. 

  • Game Planning: Assistance determining the best plan of action for; venue, goals, ticket pricing, timeline, auction items, special appeals, event flow and much more!

  • Check Point/Check In: Review of auction items, show flow, logistics.

  • Final Logistics: 2 weeks prior to the event to confirm all auction items details, timeline, requirements, and any important elements of the event.

You will also receive:

• Access to the HOOT Planning Guide–a guidebook with details, guidelines, suggestions to assist you during the planning process, including:

  • HOOT Event Planning Timeline Template.

  • HOOT DAY of Timeline Template.

  • Budget tips and guidance.

• Phone and/or email assistance for auction related questions or guidance required during the planning process.

• Post event debrief call or any clarifications that are required.
  
  Scheduled meetings are done by Zoom unless otherwise arranged. I am available for in person meetings if the event is local to Austin, Texas.
